20th of March, 2010 – Forth Paddle, Inchcolm and Crammond Islands

A shorter version of a route paddled just over a month previously from South Queensferry.

In complete contrast to the forecast, we had pretty calm conditions with no wind to speak of and a definite sense of spring in the air, in fact, it was quite hot work on the paddle back up towards the cars and at least a couple of us had ‘tanned’ faces.

Our route took in the Forth Bridge (of course), Dalgety Bay, Inchcolm Island and Crammond Island with stops on both islands for lunch and ‘high tea’ respectively.
